Turning off my port while I'm away

If you're going to be gone for a weekend or for a holiday, you may want to turn your port off while you're away. Turning your port off means that no-one else can use your port.

To turn off your port:

1. Log on to the Resnet Account Management Tool (UT EID required).
2. In the Subscription Options section, choose the Temporarily suspend my port option.
3. Click the Save Changes button.

NOTE: Turning off your port means that you intend to turn it back on later. You will NOT receive a refund for the period during which your port is turned off. If you want to cancel your Resnet subscription, refer to Canceling My Subscription.
