What's my port number?

In your dorm room, there's a wall plate that has two ports, one for the telephone and one for your computer. These ports are not interchangeable, so it's important to use the correct port.

To connect to wired Resnet, you must use the red port labelled "DATA" which has the computer icon next to it. Your port number is the number nearest that port. In this example, the port number identifying the Resnet port is "VINT239".
