Computer Drop-off Service

The computer drop-off service is for those who would prefer to have someone else fix their computers. Turnaround time is typically three business days. During peak times, such as the beginning of the academic year, turnaround time may be longer.

Consultation Fee (non-refundable)	$15
Clean Install Includes: operating system installation, anti-virus, anti-spyware, automatic updates, firewall configuration, wireless networking configuration.	$50
Data Backup as part of Clean Install  (up to 5 gigabytes)	$25
Additional data backup over 5 GB, up to 250 GB (per GB)	$2
Wireless or Networking Configuration Configuration of network access separate from the Clean Install Service	$15
Software Installation (for each application installed)	$35
