Checking Your Port Status
To check your port status:
- Log on to the Resnet Account Management Tool (UT EID required).
- In the Connection Status section, you can see your port status:
- 1st class – You are fully connected at 100 Mbps
- 2nd class – You have exceeded your weekly bandwidth allocation and have been moved to a limited 64 Kbps service.
- Disabled – Your port has been disabled. Notice if there is a quarantine message on the page. if so, contact the ITS Help Desk.
