Changing My Subscription

In some cases, you may be able to change your Resnet subscription level.

Onsite Subscribers

Onsite subscribers can increase or decrease their subscription level.

Increasing Your Subscription Level

There is no fee to increase your subscription level. To increase your subscription level:

1. Log on to the Resnet Account Management Tool (UT EID required).
2. In the Subscription Options section, choose the new subscription option that best suits your Internet usage needs. Need help Choosing the Right Subscription?)
3. Click the Save Changes button.

Decreasing Your Subscription Level

To decrease your subscription level, you must cancel your current subscription and re-subscribe at a lower level. There is a $10 fee to cancel your subscription.

Pre-Registration Subscribers

If you subscribed to Resnet during pre-registration, you cannot change subscription level at the pre-registration rate.

Increasing Your Subscription Level

If you increase your subscription level, you will be charged the difference of the your pre-registration Resnet cost and the and new subscription level cost. You can pay this difference through What I Owe.

To increase your subscription level:

Decreasing Your Subscription Level
