To improve the quality of Resnet service and maintain its high-speed throughput to the Internet, Resnet has placed automatic bandwidth limits on all ports for off-campus traffic. These limits are necessary to ensure Resnet's limited bandwidth is shared fairly among all of its residents and prevent a small group from using all of the network resources.
