Pre-registration Signup
If you pre-registered for housing in the spring, you had the option of signing up for Resnet when you completed your Housing Contract. You can verify your choice by looking at your Housing Contract. If you see a charge for Resnet, you are pre-registered. ITS offers a discount for students who sign up during Pre-registration; however, there are limitations to the Pre-registration option:
- You may sign up only for the entire academic year.
- You cannot downgrade your subscription level
- Full refunds are available during your first week of living in the residence halls.
- You do not have access to Subscription Level IV at a discounted price.
- You may not cancel your subscription*. (see below under Billing and Refunds)
WARNING: If you have already signed up for Resnet through your Housing Contract, DO NOT sign up again using the On-site Signup. Otherwise, you may end up paying for two Resnet accounts.
Subscription Levels and Cost
If you pre-register for Resnet, you receive a substantial cost savings for the academic year.
Resnet has different subscription levels to fit your Internet usage. If you need help deciding which subscription level is right for you, refer to Choosing a Resnet Subscription.

You are responsible for paying the difference through What I Owe.

Pre-registration subscribers are billed by the Division of Housing and Food Service (DHFS). The Resnet charge appears on your Housing Contract. If you have questions about your bill, please contact ITS Help Desk.
