On-site Signup
Students who do not choose to sign up for Resnet on their Housing Application do not receive a discount. However, since you will be signing up through ITS and not DHFS, you have some additional flexibility with your account:
- You may sign up for fall or spring semester, academic year (fall and spring), or summer.
- You may upgrade your subscription level whenever you like at no cost.
- You may cancel your service and receive a refund for the unused amount into your general account from the What I Owe Page in UT Direct.
- You may downgrade your subscription level for a $10 service fee.
WARNING: If you have already signed up for Resnet through your Housing Contract, DO NOT sign up again using the On-site Signup. Otherwise, you may end up paying for two Resnet accounts.

Billing & Refunds
Onsite subscribers are billed through What I Owe. Once you subscribe to Resnet, you must pay your bill immediately before you service can be activated.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Any refund will be returned to your general account in What I Owe, less a $10 cancellation fee. Refer to the Resnet Cancellation Policy for more information.
