If you signed up for housing in the spring or early summer, you are a pre-registered subscriber. You had the option of paying for Resnet using scholarship money, a loan, or a grant, when you completed your Housing and Food contract. Your base tier is the tier you signed up for in your contract.
Pre-registration subscribers are billed by the Division of Housing and Food Service (DHFS). The Resnet charge appears on your Housing Contract. If you have questions about your bill, please contact the ITS Help Desk.
If you decide to upgrade to a higher tier during the academic year, you will have to pay for the upgrade through What I Owe. The payment will be billed from Information Technology Services (ITS), not from DHFS.
Cancellation and Refunds
Full refunds for canceled service are available up to the 12th class day of your residency. After this date, you will not be able to downgrade or cancel your base tier subscription. For more information, refer to the Resnet Cancellation Policy.
